Find out if you’re eligible for grants.
You do not need to be claiming benefits to be eligible for ECO3 grants!
Local authorities (LA) have flexible eligibility, meaning they can adjust criteria to adapt energy efficiency schemes for different areas.
There are two categories for La flex;
|Fuel poor households, especially those on low income and not in receipt of ECO eligible benefits|
|Low income households that are vulnerable to the effects of living in a cold home|
Properties have to be eligible too. Depending on the grant scheme you wish to apply for, we will send out a registered surveyor to ensure your property qualifies. Considerations may include Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), existing insulation or current heating solutions.
If you struggle to pay your energy bills or believe you and your property are eligible for government funded schemes, get in contact today.
Background of Government energy saving schemes.
The UK Government has set a target to bring greenhouse gas emissions to net zero by 2050.
Any greenhouse gas production is to be balanced by schemes to offset emissions like planting trees and incentivising use of greener technology. Therefore, the government is encouraging and rewarding the installation of more effective energy measures.
For you as a homeowner or private tenant, there many benefits, none more prevalent than reduced energy bills. Explore our services and see how we can help you.
